個人履歷
1994年在日本東京理科大學(xué)完成電氣工程專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè)，同年進(jìn)入日立制作所日立研究所。2012年出任研究開發(fā)集團控制創(chuàng)新中心電力電子系統(tǒng)研究部部長，2018年起任該中心主管研究長兼電動系統(tǒng)實驗室室長。
任職控制創(chuàng)新中心期間，致力于工業(yè)設(shè)備、軋制系統(tǒng)和鐵路電源模塊、汽車逆變器、不間斷電源(UPS)和電梯系統(tǒng)的研究，并成功開發(fā)了高可靠低損耗功率器件、運用電渦流的高速大電流驅(qū)動電路、以及CPU內(nèi)置系統(tǒng)功率器件的相關(guān)技術(shù)。此后，從事脫碳方面的車輛電氣化技術(shù)研發(fā)，并于2004年研制出領(lǐng)先世界的直接水冷式電源模塊及使用該模塊的逆變器，使功率器件的冷卻性能得到大幅提升。該項技術(shù)已被美國通用汽車公司、戴姆勒公司等采用，為混合動力汽車(HEV)在全球范圍的普及做出了貢獻(xiàn)。
中津博士還從事電動汽車(EV)用高輸出功率密度逆變器的開發(fā)工作。新開發(fā)了高導(dǎo)熱薄膜絕緣材料、摩擦攪拌焊接和有機無機材料接合技術(shù)，并研制出全球首個直接水冷式雙面冷卻電源模塊，其輸出功率密度達(dá)到94.3 kVA/L，是傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)的2.7倍。該項技術(shù)已于2019年被歐洲奧迪公司等采用，為脫碳技術(shù)的發(fā)展持續(xù)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
2014年于日本茨城大學(xué)完成物質(zhì)科學(xué)專業(yè)理工學(xué)博士課程，撰寫論文超過14篇，申請專利90余項。電氣和電子工程師協(xié)會(IEEE)、日本電氣工程師學(xué)會(IEEJ)、日本汽車工程師學(xué)會(JSAE)、日本電子信息通信學(xué)會(IEICE)會員。
